• Processing Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC-Verified Account: Get the Fastest Payouts
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Bonus Balance: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, cancellation options are limited. Contact the support team promptly if you need to cancel a pending request.

• Free Spins: Applicable to selected slots games. Winnings from Free Spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns to meet wagering requirements, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

M99 offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and other gaming options. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via Live Betting cash out)
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Minimum Bet: ৳50 for Sports Betting; may vary for casino games
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout per single bet is subject to a set limit

M99 reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious bets and, if necessary, place a hold on the payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m99 and will result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus system abuse or fraudulent betting patterns
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Unauthorized use of another member's account or any attempt to hack one
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability on the platform
• Betting using third-party software or bots
• Fraudulent activity involving other members

In such cases, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

If an inactive account holds a balance, m99 may deduct a fixed monthly maintenance fee. You will be notified in advance.

M99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you may request to close your account. Continued use of the platform after changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
